Missing samples

It seems Sephora’s been increasingly stingy with their samples lately. They offer only two samples now, and most of the time only one is included in my order (if I’m lucky!). I time my purchases around the current samples and gwp availability. I chose two samples and received a completely different one. Meanwhile the samples I picked are still showing as available online two days later, so they can’t cite availability as the culprit. What gives? If it weren’t for the 50% off deal I’ve been taking my business elsewhere. #nosamples

@ivanana I'm sorry to hear about your experience! We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I understand this can be disappointing and will share this feedback with the appropriate department for future consideration.

That’s totally understandable but at least include two samples! 😞 My last four orders have all only had one sample.
