Missing samples

Hi,

 

I just received my order but the two free samples I selected at checkout were not in the package. Also, when I first unboxed the package I noticed that The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% seemed to be opened before; the packaging was bent. Is there any way that I can be refunded for the product?
