Missing samples

Whenever I order online, they have forgotten to send one of the two samples, this is consistently happening and now that they have reduced it from 3 samples to 2 I would expect them to at least send both of the samples I select. It isn't like it is out of stock because they are still available after my order to select, they just don't put them in my package, which is really disappointing. If i make the time and spend the money I would expect them to hold up their end and put what I order into my package. Also this has been happening long before COVID so I know it isn't because it is harder now given the circumstances. Sephora can you get on top of this and be more diligent please.
