Missing samples

My first time shopping online with Sephora and the samples are missing. The only reason I shopped online when I could have bought it at the store was to get the samples and it did not arrive with the rest of the order. I am very disappointed in it. I don’t think I would purchase Sephora online as it seems it happens on a regular basis with others as well.

This has happened MULTIPLE times for me. I was physically disabled for about 6yrs and COULD NOT go to store and the samples were often not there at all - also the 2-3 flash... 🤦‍♀️
