Missing samples

Didn’t get the free samples i ordered with my order. No samples at all. I know they’re still available because they are still an option online today. Ugh.

same only recieved one and the one i recieved is only the package of the sample no product

Me too! My Sephora orders used to come with all their samples - I used to get all three and the exact ones I picked virtually every time, it was great. In the last month a couple orders were either missing the samples entirely or only included 1. I guess they’re having trouble keeping up with the sales

Same. I haven't received any samples with two of my past orders. Other times if I selected 3 samples I would only get 1 or 2. Used to they would just throw something else in there to make up for not having a sample you selected. That was fine! I'd rather they at least try to give samples than send you nothing at all with your order.
