Missing samples...

I just received an order today that was missing samples. I almost never get the samples I choose, but I've always been cool with it because I get that supplies are limited and specific samples aren't guaranteed. But usually I do get 3 samples (even if they're not what I picked), and this order didn't have them. Apparently this happens to a lot of people. Does customer service actually do anything about this? I know they're just samples, but honestly that's one of the main reasons I shop at Sephora. Half the brands here send their own samples if you buy through their sites, and the prices are usually the same. Would like to know if anyone else has tried to have this resolved since I know it's happened to a lot of people.
