Missing samples?

Hi,

I just received my sephora order today at my home but the box didnt have my free 3 samples I selected during the checkout,  I didnt get any sample at all !!

I was so excited to try those samples so I was disappointed I didnt get any! 😞

Yep, this is standard practice for me. Never receive the ones I picked, or any replacements. They added points to my account once when I called, the next times they said they would and didn't.
