Missing samples in my order?

all the samples of my order are missing but none of purchased products are missing, what happened? this is not the first time there is mistake occurred in my shipment, last time the samples that arrived was not what I demanded. Again my purchased products are arrived, thus I chose to forgive your first misplacement. However the samples are all gone!!!! Looking forward for reply 🙂
