Missing samples from past multiple online orders

I see a lot of posts related to this but same here. Either missing samples completely, only 1 or even the 1 that gets shipped is something that i didnt pick. Disappointing really!

The past few orders, I've had samples missing as well! No substitution, just no samples at all. Really disappointing 😞
