Missing samples, flash 2 days shipping is a joke

Despite being VIB and spending hundreds and thousands of dollars, I’m very disappointed in Sephora’s services lately. I haven’t received any samples in months! When I reviewed other people’s conversations, I found out that they’re being stolen and God knows what. Other than that, I’ve NEVER received my flash shipping on time no matter how urgently I require them. You guys need to look into it immediately or else unfortunately most of us might have to switch to other places like Ulta soon!

Sephora owns Ulta. They bought them out last year 😕 Just FYI in case you decide to take your business to another company. Definitely helped me decide on whether or not to get Flash shipping.

Same here. Lately Sephora has been disappointing from shipping, missing order, missing sample etc etc they better step it up if they didn't wanna loose their customers!
