Missing samples every time I order

Hello, I’m writing to inquire about the samples that were supposed to receive (and pick out), when we order online. The last orders I’ve had had had no samples in them, even though I pick them out specifically. I appreciate your help in this matter.

Best of luck to you! Literally hundreds of us have this problem with every single order, and Sephora does not care, nor do they fix the problem
