Missing samples and mask in my order

My order was just delivered and I’m missing my face mask and my samples. I haven’t ordered in a while and I thought maybe I could get my whole order this time but no…again I’m missing items. It isn’t always crushing when I don’t get my samples but I am missing a mask I used 250 points on. I’m wondering if you can pick up points items in store to avoid this mishap? But even though I’m a VIB member there hasn’t been anything available for in store purchases when I shop? Not sure how I feel about fulfillment.

@bethany011 I know that if you can call customer service at 1-877-737-4672 to let them know and they will give you 25 points per regular sample and 50 points per promo code sample that's missing. For the mask you didn't receive, you should let them know to see if they can send you free replacement or if they would give you back the 250 points. They're pretty nice to me.
