Missing samples again!

Hey, so I’m writing to complain about yet another order with missing samples! I remember complaining about it before too. I went through all the trouble to provide you guys with the order numbers. One order down and then Sephora couldn’t help but disappoint me AGAIN. I don’t even know what to say now.
