Missing samples again

The past few months I've had issues with Sephora purchases. Last purchase in store I used my play box points in store, and the points never showed up on my account. I even posted about it two weeks ago, and nothing's been done. Now my most recent order that arrived at my door didn't have the samples I chose at checkout. Why have customers pick samples at checkout if we won't actually receive them? This is the most recent of many packages with missing samples.
