Missing samples, again!!!


This is the 3rd or 4th time I received 0 samples with my order.


I’ve always loved shopping at Sephora and receiving free samples with every order. I always look forward to trying out new samples, it’s something different about sephora compared to other retail stores.


This is the 3rd or 4th time now where I received NO samples at all when I ordered my Rare Beauty blotting sheets. It’s just very frustrating now, because they don’t even care to replace the samples I chose with something else if what I chose was sold out. Very disappointed honestly…

This no samples has happened to me a lot in the past two years. My order today, again no samples. Not even a packing slip. I won't be making Rouge this year because I've started shopping at other sites where I get better deals and samples, and feel valued as a customer. I'd go into Sephora but having allergies doesn't make it a pleasant experience and besides, one of the few times I've been in I had the clerk toss two of the same crappy samples in my bag....
