Missing samples again!

I understand that we won’t necessarily get the samples we request (because I haven’t at all in my last few orders), but to receive only one is disappointing. I wish it were the only time that this has happened. Why? Is there some trick I don’t know about that would ensure my receiving both of the samples I am supposed to get?  This happens far too often.
