Missing samples again

This is the third time I’ve had sample problems. The first time they were the wrong ones, second they were missing completely. Once again they are missing completey. I didn’t contact them for the first incident but they added 100 points for the second inconvenience, now their response is saying that there is no gurantee of receiving samples undamage, correctly, or at all. And to just go to my nearest location and ask them for samples. So pretty much “sorry not sorry.” Why offer samples when I can’t get them more than 25% of the time?

I've been having the same issue with my past few orders and haven't received any reply other than the form letter saying they don't guarantee samples. I had a family member receive points for this, but my message seems to be ignored. The perks are part of why I shop with Sephora. Frustrating.
