Missing samples! Unbelievable...

I didn't receive the 3 free samples I picked during check out. I figured they went out of stock seeing as it's holiday season and all, but just in case decided to check my account. My original sample choices are still listed with a "Shipped" status so at this point I'm like "???" because they never arrived. Apparently I should've been given substitutions but not even that. This was the first time I ordered online with Sephora and was really looking forward to it. Super disappointed, especially since I come to find that many others have been experiencing the same issue. This needs to be addressed.
