Missing samples (Canada)

I'm wondering if anyone is getting ANY samples with their Canadian orders.

A while ago, I had a Jo Malone fragrance sample substituted with Paco Rabbane (not ideal but it was something). That was around the end of 2023/start 2024.

My next two orders this year contained no samples. I just got my latest order yesterday without samples even though the two samples I chose are still shown at checkout today. I don't understand why they were not included or at least swapped.
