Missing samples.... Again

I am writing here today, because I wasn't sure what else to do. Calling takes forever, and usually to no resolve. I received my order today, and once again, was missing ALL the samples. I understand if they are different than what I ordered, but these were just not there. As we all know, one of the perks of ordering online is the samples. If this had been the first time it happened, I wouldn't be so upset. But time, and time again, this keeps happening. I am at a loss of what to do, aside from choosing to shop elsewhere, which I really don't want to do.
