Missing sample

Hi I made an order recently and one of my samples which was the milk makeup grip primer, hadn't arrived. I chose another sample as well (2nd sample) that arrived but it wasn't what I had chosen. Pretty disappointed since sephora fixed this issue, but I guess it's starting to arise again.
