Missing sample

I received one of my orders, and I was missing one of the samples. I completely understand if a sample needs to be substituted (has happened before), but I did not receive any substitute. Could I get some help with this please?

I’m also disappointed that I didn’t receive any samples in my order. I was expecting at least a substitution if the samples I picked were out of stock

@DaneeBT , thanks for your response! I was unable to send you a message - it kept populating ann error and can’t figure out why my direct messages as set to private. 

where in my settings do I go to change message settings?
