Missing reward bazaar items

I use my points to redeem rewards, and I want them. However, the items are removed. This has happened many times already. Why are my rewards missing or being changed into others? Please give us our rewards instead of others that we don't want. Even offering returning points doesn't mean anything as we want our rewards. That's why we redeem our points.
