Missing return

Hi, I returned several items via the Sephora return by mail option, from order #, it’s been a LONG time since I sent them back and have no refund or confirmation of return received to date - I understand covid has slowed things down but I’ve talked to several customer service agents on the phone who keep telling me it’s probably just waiting to be processed at the return center. Argh. The reason I ordered during covid in the first place was because I was reassured returns would be easy.Please, Sephora can you DM me and help me sort this out?

I'd suggest contacting customer service by posting in the Customer Support Group...that's the only place mods are guaranteed to see your post and offer assistance.
