Missing purchase history

I was a Rouge in 2019, by then I spent a looot with Sephora. But during 2020-2022, I haven’t spend in Sephora US for a while. So i became a INSIDER. At the same time, I found I lost all the purchase history. Wondering if there is any solution to this. I rly wanna check what is the color of the lipstick I purchased years ago and repurchase it.

Sorry about that! Generally, Purchase Histories will only go back about 1 year. However, if the item was purchased online, all of your online orders can be viewed directly on your account.
