Missing ponts

I usually buy products online but I went in store and spent nearly $400. Came home and my points were not uploaded online. How can I fix this? I have now upgraded to a beauty insider but my app does not reflect that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks. I’ve tried that twice and there is no update. 

sometimes it takes 24 hours. you can always call or email...

sometimes it takes 24 hours. you can always call or email customer support and they can verify and add your points.
