Missing points

I made a purchase on 2/15 for $99 and some change. I was given a new card since the girl said they were unable to scan the one I had in app. I was fine with that since my previous points had expired. So I had to set up another account online and linked the card they gave me. Well it’s saying I have 0 points and it has been 5 days at this point. I lost my receipt (I don’t think it was given back after I made an exchange) is there anything I can do to get those points back or are they lost?
