Missing points

Hi,

There is ongoing promotion that you get 500 points when you spend $75 or more. Today, i made a purchase of $100 approx. in store but I didn’t get the points and this is very disappointing. You should give the points to the customers that you guys promise.

Now its more than 24 hours and i just got 97 points for my transaction, still i didn’t receive my bonus points.

I'm sorry for the trouble! It can take 24 hours from the purchase for the bonus points to reflect in your account. If you still don't see the points after 24 hours, please let us know so we can further assist you.
