Missing points

I bought something on 2nd july from the Sephora Hollywood store and used my number but i never got the points. And the points are essential for leveling up in rewards. Can someone advise if i can contact somewhere for points?

I have a similar question. Months ago I used $40 of my Sephora Visa rewards points to make a purchase, but a few days later I returned the items. The store location told me that after 1 or 2 billing cycles my rewards points would go back to my credit card account but that if I didn't see them to contact my sephora visa card. Well Months later now I have yet to see those points be returned, and I contacted the credit card customer service via email/website and they said it's not them that handles that, that I need to talk to Sephora itself. Obviously sephora told me from the start that I'd need to talk to the credit card if I don't see the points reflect after 1-2 billing cycles so they don't think it's them that I need to talk to. I want my points back. I've earned them. That's half the reason I even wanted and use the credit card to begin with!

@Ellen52280 I'm sorry for the confusion!  Our bank partner Comenity Capital Bank has been experiencing servicing disruptions after a planned system update that began in late June.
