Missing points

Hello,

I made a purchase at my local Sephora inside JCP and handed the cashier my BI card, but the points haven't showed up. This keeps happening whenever I make purchases inside JCP. I always hand them my card to scan, but I never receive the points for my purchases. Is there a way to add my receipt to my account?
