Missing points/transactions/general VIB issues?

I have messaged a mod and trying to sort this out but wondering if anyone else has issues, things that you bought this year showing up you bought in 2016 or even 1969 (no im not kidding) this makes me wonder if I am now missing points, I know it is effecting the total count I have spent this year (was trying to get to rouge) am I the only one with their history missing several items?
