Missing points from store transaction

Hello! I made a qualifying purchase of $75 CAD or more at a Sephora in Vancouver, BC, and noticed I didn't get my bonus 500 points for the sale. The cashier took my number when l was checking out, but I see no bonus points have been posted. What do I need to do to get this fixed? Thank you!

@bottlerocket26 It can take up to 24 hours for the extra points to post to your account.
