Missing points from store transaction.

Hi there! I purchased some items at Sephora inside JCP today and noticed I didn't get my points for the sale. how do we rectify this? the lady took my number when l was checking out but I see nothing has been posted. what do I need to do to get this fixed? TYIA! Melissa

Hi! I should have 733 points in my account and I never gave consent to the lady to use my 500 points to get 10 dollars off. So if it is possible can I go back to the store and show the cashier my receipt and pay her the money and get back my 500 points?

Hi @MelBeez! Sorry to hear that! If points were not added to your account for a purchase, please send a copy of your receipt to "customerservice@sephora.com" and the points will be added within three business days. I hope this helps!
