Missing points from Nov Play Pass

Hello lovely people at Sephora Customer Service, I redeemed my Nov play pass on Saturday (11/11) and I see the points from the purchase but not the 50 points for the play pass. Can you please assist me? I have the receipt if you need to confirm the purchase and redemption. Thank you for for you time!
