Missing points again

Hi! I’m missing points for the 3rd time this month. I went to Sephora on two more occasions and purchased Fenty Beauty items (Matchstick in RUM and a Mattemoiselle, including yesterday. I shopped in Sephora inside JCPenny’s. I have two receipts to upload. Thanks in advance!
