Missing points after VIB Rouge sale purchase 2021

Hi, I just purchased two separate orders today during this VIB Rouge sale but never got my points for it. My beauty insider said I still needed to spend $870 points to stay rouge until next year but AFTER I ordered my two orders, it still said the same thing. I believe I should’ve acquired approx 330 points. Please help!
