Missing pointS

I previously posted about this, the rep who was helping me just stopped responding...i haven’t heard from her in three days and my issue was not resolved. I messaged her back several times... I went into the store on aug 25th and made several transactions. I redeemed two play passes (in separate transactions) and only got points for one play pass that day. I have my receipts from this day. Can someone please help!
