Missing packages

I recently lost my package and filed a lost package claim with usp but haven’t heard anything yet. Sephora won’t give me a replacement or refund. I’ll even take store credit. It’s annoying having to deal with this because I spent 400 dollars.

This happened to me last summer.  I contacted Sephora customer service and they sent me a replacement
