Missing package

I placed an order on September 2nd. Package shipped and was delivered yesterday but package was never sent to my house. Asked next door if they have my package and said no. UPS delivery message said "met customer women". Already filed an investigation with UPS, now what to do...? 

 

Appreciate if someone can help me?
