Missing package

I ordered the Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ Multi-Styler and Dryer for Straight to Wavy Hair on February 26, 2026, at 7:42 AM with same-day delivery selected. I received a text saying it was delivered. However, the proof of delivery shows it was delivered to the wrong house after I contacted customer support. They were very unhelpful and refused to give me a refund or send a replacement. I even begged them to open an investigation with the carrier, but they still refuse. I contacted DoorDash, and they were a little unhelpful as well. They advised me to contact the merchant since I purchased from Sephora. I am completely devastated, as I had been saving up for weeks for this as a gift for my daughter, and I don't have the funds to buy another one. I expected better customer service, especially as a long-time customer.

Hi, can I please request an update on what happened with your claim? I’m really frustrated right now because I received a tampered box and my Dyson is missing.
