Missing package

As a rogue member you’d think Sephora customer service would be great right? Wrong! 

I've made tons of orders online with Sephora and l've been a rouge member for the past few years. Recently they've been using a new shipping company called CDL and they have miss delivered my package before to a completely wrong building. Now they delivered to the wrong apartment and Sephora is refusing to help, I even asked my neighbor if they got anything but they said no.

But even with the proof of delivery photo not being my door they won't help. I'm at such a loss as what to do now.

$400 is way too much money to not get my package!!

Going to have to do a charge back which I genuinely do not want to have to do, but I’m left no other option. 

Cdl says Sephora needs to file the claim and Sephora says that can't file a claim on a customer's behalf. I’m being punished for something entirely out of my hands, how insane! Even with proof!
