Missing package

I've been waiting two days for my package to come. It says delivered but I never received my package. I asked around my neighbors and checked my front porch multiple times. I waited a couple days like what the Sephora website told me to do. But I can't wait anymore. It's my mom's birthday today and my package still never came. I'm very disappointed customer service disregarded my order and told me it cannot be replaced or refunded. My order was over $400 and I earned the money to buy my mother a gift and now its completely gone. Sephora did not take any responsibility and I can't just sit here without saying anything. I'm very upset and disappointed this big company cannot do anything about a single person's lost order.

This is exactly what I’m going through right now. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Sephora for the last ten or so years, it has been my go to place for beauty and cosmetics and I was even a VIB ROUGE for how much I order/spend there; yet a few days ago one of my orders was marked “delivered” when it was never delivered to my home. I called Sephora and they denied me a refund or reship even though I’ve never had a refund/reship. My order was $450, that’s a lot of money down the drain. I’m extremely upset and will never be going to Sephora again.
