Missing package

I haven't receive my order. It's been 5 days now. I emailed Sephora and no one even respond on my concern. @SephoraBIC pls take action on this.

Pretty sure there is a processing delay with orders with the Rouge sale weekend last weekend....5 days isn't long at all. There has been a warning message in the cart page ever since last Friday, stating to expect at least a 2-3 business day delay (I think it's 7 days now for the US site)
