Missing package with fleet optics

I got a message that my order was delivered in the morning by fleet optics but it’s nowhere to be found, not at my door, not in the mailbox, not at the concierge, no delivery notice left either as for where to pick up if it’s dropped at a pickup point. So what is going on here? Anyone can help?

omg this literally just happened to me as i'm typing this.... It said that it was delivered but I was at home all day and I didn't hear my door ring. PLEASE if there's any way to know where my package is and make sure that isn't lost, can someone PLEASE PLEASE contact me, this is so unfair...

Hi there. I am having an issue right now with Fleet Optic losing my package It’s over $300.  I even went to a great length making many calls and emails to Sephora and Fleet Optic that I have been waiting for my package and still not receiving yet.  Finally Fleet Optic emailed me last week admitting that they lost my package in their system due to high volume.  So it’s not my fault right? I forwarded the email from Fleet Optic to Sephora asking to reship the order.  The worst part is Sephora customer service just emailed me this late evening that they won’t refund me because of my address issue. Does this sound right? It’s not my fault and even Fleet Optic admitted that they lost the package.  They did not say that they have delivered or could not find my address but they said they lost the package in their system.  Anyone out there have the same situation and is there another Sephora customer service who could help me this please? Thank you very much.  It’s a big order over $300.

Thank you so much For teaching out to me.  I really really appreciate if you could help me as I have been feeling down and disappointed since I have always have high regard with Sephora customer services.  I have always have positive toward Sephora to my friends and co-workers that many times they think I am working for Sephora lol.  Until this time.  I hope you really could help me.  Thank you kindly.

Hi Danee, you just replied to me regarding me order and mentioned that you are unable to offer a reshipment or a refund as you have accommodated for reported order issues in the past.  These order issues still were not my fault at all delivery or carrier ‘s fault.  Still this is not right and it still was not my fault. It’s all Fleet Optic’s fault for not able to deliver and missing the packages. I am sure there are many reviewers here face the same issues.  If this is not happening to me now I would not have reviewed all these Community conversations here to learn And find out that there are people in the same boat as me. Especially this is not reasonable at all.  I hope you will reconsider this issue and resolve. Thank you.

did you ever find it? I'm in the same boat and have contacted Sephora already. they delivered my package from a later order today with no sign of the earlier one 😞 They are the worst!!

Hi there - I am having the exact same issue as the above customers. I actually worked from home specifically on Friday as I was expecting my delivery. Nothing showed up, despite it showing as delivered? I have been checking the mail for the last three days and still nothing. This has never happened before and I am really upset as the value of my order is quiet large and I was excited to receive my products. Can you please reship my order ASAP? This is a really poor customer experience.
