Missing package refuse a refund

I placed an order for the new Valentino perfume. My package said delivery would be Friday when I showed up to get it. It was gone no where to be found. Even asked neighbors no luck. I contact Sephora and they said they couldn’t help me since they help me in the past. I get it but I share my account with several people I didn’t know they could affect me in anyway. So now I’m out of 200 dollars and they can’t help me . Any advice thanks.
