Missing package and incomplete replacement order

I bought foundations during the weekly wow sale and I haven't receive my order even though in the tracking it says it was already delivered. I emailed Sephora 3x and they will send me again my orders for no charge. They emailed me again regarding the replacement order but 1 shade (2pcs foundation) is out of stock.

 

As I've checked my order list, the price of the items for replacement are already in regular price. It's no fair to me because I bought those on sale and that's what Im expecting to receive. But they have sent me an incomplete order maybe because its not on sale anymore when they replace the lost order.

 

Can someone help me with this? Thank you!
