Missing package (again)

My order was shipped through LaserShip a few days ago, and it’s been updated to delivered this morning. I’ve been home all day and no it’s not delivered. No one knocked on my door. Nothing was left in the mailroom. I’m really upset because it was the second time I placed an order online this year, and it’s the second time my package is missing. I’m flying to Cali next week and there are essentials I have to take with me in the package - and now I don’t even know whether I will have the time to reorder. Please stop shipping through LaserShip.
