Missing package. Tracking claims it was delivered a week ago

I placed an order on April 24th during the sale online and was notified through tracking that it was delivered April 29th, but I have not received the package. It was for my sister's prom. I've asked neighbors but I don't think it was ever actually delivered at all. I was home at the time of supposed delivery and didn't notice any package get dropped off at my door. I've emailed customer service and no response. 😞 Help please
