Missing package-LASER SHIP

I recently placed an order with delivery via Laser ship. The product was shipped with Lasership! I called both laser ship which provided a discrepancy in the delivery time and then called Sephora. Sephora provided me with NO solution expect wait 24hrs for the delivery! When you look ALL over the internet about the company LaserShip you see terrible reviews about them stealing packages!! I spend over $1500 a year in this store clearly and no action is being taken! I’m so disappointed in how this mattered is being handled when it is not the first complaint. I have packages delivered all the time to my front step with no issues via USPS, UPS or fedex but this time is a mess. I’m appalled that Sephora would work with a company like this, these products can now be purchased elsewhere and if you continue to work with this company you will easily loose your clientele

I really feel for you on this. The same thing just happened to me. I made 3 orders over the past week because I had a gift card. The first order, Lasership reported was delivered to my PO Box, and it wasn’t. The people working at my local post office where my PO Box is looked everywhere, and the package is said to be delivered, but it NOWHERE to be found. The second package Lasership claims to have attempted delivery during business hours, but that package was not there either. My third package has not moved or updated and it’s been over 48 hours since shipment supposedly began. I’m done with Lasership. When you mentioned you hear they steal packages, that actually totally sounds possible, based on your experience, mine, and many other shoppers on here. If Sephora continues to use them to ship, I will literally not shop online anymore with them and only at their stores. This is not cool and Sephora is a great company and they should only offer good shipping carriers, otherwise they will continue to lose more and more loyal online shoppers.

Missing package-LASER SHIP

I always had ups for delivery but my last online order is coming from this company. I'm already worried. it's going to take a week for delivery and I've never had to wait that long even before I was rouge. I don't mind the wait but if anything goes wrong with the delivery I won't order online again. I've seen way to many complaints about them to risk it. If UPS is the company that delivers I will start online ordering again. I don't blame sephora but I will have to do company directly for online only products.
