Missing original packing slip

Hello team,

Can I return an item I purchased through online without the original packing slip? the item I purchased gave me an allergic reaction 😞 it is still within the 60 days return policy and still with its original box. I am returning it via mail. If I return it with the prepaid label you'll email me is that good enough or do I need to include anything else like a copy of receipt from the credit card I used to purchase it?

I'm sorry to hear the item you purchased isn't working out for you! If you no longer have your original order invoice, you can print a new one directly on your online account! Under your Order/Purchase History section, select the order, then print out the page! Please be sure it is included in your returned package. Thank you!
